I just sometimes imagine how one character might interact with another and I laugh out loud. Than people wonder why I'm laughing, and dang ain't that awkward.

Anyway, wondering if people do the same thing, and if so, what do they imagine characters doing? XD.

 

I mean things like,

• Wendy is the closest thing WX has as a friend among the survivors due to her morbid views on life.
• Wolfgang thinks the reason Maxwell is so grumpy is because he wasn't hugged enough as a child. He tries to rectify this by giving Maxwell bear-hugs.
• Wilson and Maxwell constantly attempt to one-up each other with science and magic respectively. This usually ends up bringing a lot of trouble to the group.
• Wes likes hanging out with Wigfrid the most because he thinks of her as a fellow actor just dedicated to her roll, like he is.

You know, silly small things like that. Anyone else here?

I’ve been turning ideas over with other people in the Hamlet Beta forum to see if there might be more lore meatiness to Hamlet then Shipwrecked. I’ve always thought of the constant as one Nightmare Throne ruling multiple worlds, but someone brought up the idea of multiple Nightmare Thrones, but I didn’t think much of it at first. And then another person brought it up. And another.

Multiple Nightmare Thrones felt a bit like a lore cop out to me, but I want to see if there’s some evidence for it that I’ve missed. Wouldn’t be the first time. Could this be a thing?

 

Just to clarify, I’m not talking about if the Forge and Gorge have their own centres of power. I am talking about actual Nightmare Thrones that have encountered actual Maxwell butt.

Hi,

This has been something I've been wondering about for quite some time now, I've used google search and also read the Wiki but i have never gotten a definite answer so i'l ask here and hopefully someone more experienced/knowledgeable than i am can give me the answer.

The reason why i'm asking is because i wanted to dig up all if not most of the Rocky Turf to make Cobblestones for a Mega Base project, akin to what I've seen in DST Mega Base tours I've seen in YouTube where people had big Cobblestone roads connecting their base to other far off areas and i was becoming curious if there is enough Rocky Turf in my game to potentially make something similar.

Hey everyone. When I fight dragonfly on DST, she will start spawning her little lavae. Once they all die, she'll go back and spawn another set of lavae. I expected her to become enraged instead of going back to spawn more. Is this normal behavior? If so, is there a way to stop her from spamming them back to back?

Whats with the huge price hike on the Steam store? In game the character chest is listed at $9.99 USD but if we want to gift it for someone (or buy the DLC on Steam for collection/mod compatibility) we must pay $20 USD? Is this a mistake by the developers or is it the intended price?

The only reason I could see it potentially costing more than in the in game store (aside from being a mistake) would be the recent USA Steam tax changes, or if Klei will add the final 6 survivors next year for DLC owners.

Additionally we can buy the whole pack for $12.99 USD in the in game shop but on Steam as DLC it costs $19.70 USD.

The only thing I can think of is this being a bug as on SteamDB other currencies seem priced fairly similar compared to the Verdant Collection skin set on the Steam store. But I would like to know whether this is intentional or not before spending any money.

Beginning today all DST players can associate their Twitch.tv account to their Klei Account to begin receiving cool exclusive items by watching Don't Starve Together on Twitch.tv

Simply head on over to https://accounts.klei.com - 

After that just watch a streamer who has also linked their account and get those drops!

During our first Campaign we are offering 3 items. You can only receive one of each and once you have them all, you cannot get more until the next round of items.

Please help, me and my friend were playing before the Halloween event, with mods, we left and when we came back I could not open the world anymore because it crashed and it says that crashed because of the mods, happened soon after the game update, could you help us please ?! Our map was very advanced!!

yo what's up everybody my game just,, looks like this

No the image is not cropped. This is a screenshot

I have no idea what to do, the screen has shifted to the point where it blocks access to buttons I assume i need to press to fix this. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't help either. Any ideas? No idea how this happened; it just was like this one day and I haven't been able to fix it since.
