I am just starting to try out the ruin's so I made a test world gave myself a bunch of O.P stuff and tried taking them on. I wanted to see what I needed to craft a magiluminence from a broken Pseudoscience Station, and only 3 recipes came up. The Thulecite, from Fragments, Walls, and the Medallion. Am I missing something on how to unlock the other 4 recipes I should be getting from the broken one? (I went to a fully repaired one, and still didn't unlock the magiluminecse, or anything other than thulecite armour, tools, clubs.

Console command to plug back an opened Sinkhole
As per title, a friend asked me if I knew what the console command is to re-plug an opened Sinkhole, basically this:

(and yes, I knew and suggested the placing of a Bunnyman Hutch or Pig House beside said opened sinkhole, but they - my friend and his buddies - don't want the additional hassles those mobs bring about over time)

[concept] IRL tournaments?
Watching Emplemon's new video, I have to wonder: How would Single player and Together work in a tournament?
Would it be killing all the bosses in a timed manner? Actual pvp mode? What do you guys think will cause Don't Starve to finally have a tournament with a IRL audience that people would even want to see on television and streaming?

Wheeler in DST
It's time for my next idea for a character from the base game:
1. Wheeler has identical statistics like in Hamlet
2. Wheeler has only 10 inventory slots
3. Wheeler is faster by 10% than other characters and she gets 1% for every empty slot
4. Wheeler have two special items at start. The first is navigadget. When it is equipped in hand slot then shows one extra slot which can be filled by any items singly or stacked. Then under the Wheeler’s feet show compass rose which leads direction of the nearest item, structure or mob which match to the item put in navigadget depending on select navigadget’s mode. Wheeler special item has three modes:
The first mode allows to find items, structures or mobs from which item put in navigadget can be got
The second mode allows to find items structures or mobs connected which item put in navigadget. As an example navigadget can:
- Find tree when Wheeler puts an axe in navigadget
- Find Pig King (I don't think I have to say that this is not Wilba's father) when Wheeler puts trinket in navigadget
- Find repaired Chess Statues when Wheeler puts hammer in navigadget during full moon or new moon
- Find Antlion (male of course) when Wheeler puts Desert Stone or Beach Toys in navigadget
- Find Potter’s Wheel when Wheeler puts random sketch in navigadget
- Find Moon Stone when Wheeler puts moon rock or Star Caller Staff in navigadget
The Third mode allows to find other players depending on item put in navigadget:
(Wes is the hardest to find)
Compass rose under Wheeler’s feet is visible for all players but only Wheeler can use navigadget.
5. The other Wheeler’s special item is the Pew-matic Horn. It now have durability. Wheeler can use horn 200 times while other characters can use it 66 times. Wheeler can Pew-matic Horn, which is available in Fight Tab and requires:
Mosquito Sack + Gold Nugget
Items in Horn can be stacked. It deals different damage and have different range according as item putted in:
(the first range value is Attack Range and the second is Hit Range). Players can’t put in navigadget living animals and character-specific items. When character shoots Gunpowder this item explodes and deal 51 damage points in small range. Gunpowder can also destroy sea stack.
6. Wheeler reveals 1,25 times more map than other characters.
7. Wheeler’s map is updated after every action made by other players.
8. Wheeler still have a dodge which works identically like in Hamlet.

Love this one because it looks like as if the third bunny from the right (not counting the bunny behind the hut) is throwing the small bunny.
My dear Wolfgang managed to trap himself while being sane and of course I mocked him by taking a screenshot and weeks later finding myself trapped in this too while being sane.
Wigfrid is able to fish in carpet. Who would have guessed.

On Tentacles Spawn 0 - 1 tentacle per cast
I have made multiple tentacle traps around the world but for some reason, they aren't spawning tentacles at max efficiency. Each trap is an 8x8 grass wall setup using a bone helm and 5 books. The first few casts give me three tentacles per but afterwards I see 0-1 rising from the ground each cast. Any explanation?

Any unknown mechanic to share?
Do you know any game mechanic that could not be very popular, you use for your advantage and could let us know?
For example: If you feed a pig x4 monster meat and kill it, you get 2x meat and 1x pig skin; two out of three ingredients to prototype hambat, also, you can repeat the process to get pig skin without destroying pig houses.
