I've heard that you can only receive 4 gift boxes per week and it resets every tuesday or thursday, yet, I'm still not receiving gifts.
Yes, I've played many hours, never idling. I'm playing on my (friend's) world and we're currently on the first spring. I'm getting sad because The Year of the Varg event is currently happening and I really want those chests.
It has been days, probably 4, since I've last received any boxes. Does anyone know what's going on and how can I fix it? I'd really appreciate it.
I'm worried about it considering that we can't bought them on steam market like Halloween or Christmas and is very hard to get all the spools to weave them. We didn't have the opportunity to buy or weave the Clucky Slippers
and now is gone forever! 
What do you think about it? Will these dog themed skins
be available next year?
Hi, I want to set random location spawns right when you enter the server, as i'm setting up an hunger game type server. I don't want to use wilderness mode, because once you're dead, you're dead, so you have to turn into a ghost (and probably get kicked out after 2 min if you don't find a touchstone or your partner (if any) resurrects you.
If i apply, i think i can find the command by myself but does anyone know where is the "default" settings page?
What i mean is, when the world starts, console is hidden, to avoid cheaters etc, so i need to set this command in remote, so when we start the server everyone is spawning in different points.

I wanted to set hound waves to less, but looks like i clicked 1 more time on the setting and completely turned them off.
Is there a way to turn them on again without restarting the server?
Or there is a mod for it?
I kinda like the old one more than the new one. Maybe it's just me, but I liked the layout of it.
If there's any mod that replaces the grid with the old character selection screen, I'd love to know about it.

So, I was on a pretty late game server and I decided to build a lureplant grass farm (shown below) with 2 lureplants and Wicker's growth books. Anywho, the first time I used it, everything was relatively normal. I got around 1k grass, and each lureplant had 3 leafy meat. However, one thing to note was during this first trial, all the eyeplants were looking up, not at each other. They also weren't attacking each other.
However, the second time I did this, something was different.
First, I think I used more growth books this time, 3.6 (18 reads). Secondly, there were many more eyeplants this time, and were all looking and biting at each other. The lureplants kept on raising and lowering their leafy meat because of this. But most shockingly, when I destroyed the two lureplants for the grass, there were 84 leafy meats, in 5 neat stacks.
Any explanations how? Cause this is way more effective than traditional leafy meat farms.
Also sorry about the sandstorm and full moon.
P.S. I copy pasted IPv6 into the box and that set a to bold and size I can not change the bold setting.
My game just jumps between 30 and 60 fps exactly it's 30.00 fps or 60.00 for some reason is there any way to fix it?
Hiya guys, Recently I moved computers from my ol' bad one, And upgrade to a beast, but.. I'm getting fps drops from 60, down to 34, until i either, restart the game. (it still will happen after a certain threshold) or I go into the options menu and wait a bit.
I'm running windows 10,With an i770k Processor clocked at 4.20 Ghz.
I have a nvidia gtx 1060, and 32 gigs of ram, The fps drops with and without mods,
Looking for a solution, i've followed many things online and not one thing has worked,
I've tried going into control panel for nvidia and turning on triple buffering etc, similar stuff, I'd rather not have to move to my old computer just to play don't starve.
me and my gf thought our base was out of the meteor spawner's area but i guess we werent so we used a command to delete all the meteor spawners so our base wouldnt get destroyed. now we didnt realize that meteor's provide rock and have cleaned the whole level of rock so far. is there any way to reENABLE meteor spawners?
For anyone that doesn't know, The War, can actually be penned, in ,and if you go off screen for a bit, will actually turn back into a statue, You can get pretty close before it activates, But I ask.. Does anyone think, the Clay warg will stay if i leave him there when the event ends?
She's just not very interesting or fun to play as compared to all the other characters. Players will like, split hair follicles to try justifying the usefulness of her so they don't have to admit Klei made a meh character. But just from a gameplay perspective, she's boring.
Like what does she do. She gets a free hit from Charlie, which changes nothing in the gameplay. She can make things faster, which makes things slightly faster. And she can make an alternate version of an existing item, which slightly changes how you use something already in the game which you seldom use anyways.
It's not even that she's not super powerful like most of the characters, which she isn't, but it's that her gimmicks aren't fun. Every other main character other then Wilson, even Wes, was designed to fundamentally change something about how players interact with the game. Which is what makes each character special and interesting. Winona doesn't do that though, all of her gimmicks are extremely passive and make little impact in the gameplay. Compared to all the other characters in the game, it's like Winona is a default normal Stormtrooper and every other character is an Overwatch hero. At least Wilson is iconic and his beard serves directly useful purposes.
Winona is the first new character ever in DST, and she didn't even get featured in The Forge trailer; what did Klei really have no enthusiasm to show off their brand new character in the brand new event they made which was the exact time when you would do that. And in The Forge itself, they couldn't even come up with a unique role for her to have. They just made her the generic, shapeless Jack-of-all-Trades character with a generic Jack-of-all-Trades tiny passive ability. It's like Klei has either run dry of ideas for new characters or they just don't actually like Winona.
They could at least make it so her tape repairs basic equipment; which is a thing people were hoping for from the very start and they still didn't do it. Makes no sense why they are just leaving her like this, at least nerfed Willow has some unique items and mechanics.

Since the first one is archived I wanted to open up a new one. I'm also already busy planning new projects and want to rebuild my base a third time. I drew out the layout for my new base and have some other plans.
