I love these pets, love them! But you can only have one it seems...
The Deed...
I love cats... so it was an obvious choice that I pick a kittycoon as a familiar...
And what a grand time we had... his gentle "mew" was soothing... adorable, that I had to just sleep next to it at nights...
During an surveying expedition to landscape an area, we had a slumber party!
The egg is now hatching and soon, another friend will come! 
Alas, it was then that a dark whisper from the nether had wormed its way to my thoughts... Kill the incarnate of fire and bring it to meee...
The deed was done... I had felt dirty... I had killed this new vibrant life... as my companions slept soundly, I wept... but there was no going back...
I left my companions behind so they may not see my shame... but Mr. Snuggles was adamant to keep me company... my heart was lightened... even for a moment...
It was time... I have come to do the deed...
But fate was cruel... and so was She... she's mocking me now... I had to decide...
After all that, I had to follow through... it was for the best... I didn't want Mr. Snuggles to be with someone who would kill a friend... and so, I gave him up...
In exchange, I had received a magical dragon... terrible and beautiful is it... all shall tremble!
It was surging with energy... but when I touched it, I was reminded of the times that I was with Mr. Snuggles... and I wept... what had I done...
Was it worth it though? Will it turn into my own personal Dragonfly? (probably not)
TL;DR
- You can only have 1 pet.
- Your pet needs to be fed and be constantly loved.
- Pets stay away from danger as when you initiate combat against anything like mobs or walls.
- They can't seem to die anyway as during a hound attack, I hid under a Snurtle Shell Armor leaving the cat alone, asleep, as hounds were sniffing around... (eventually killed by bees when they attacked a wasp hive...
- You can abandon pets for new ones at the critter lab...
- To get a Chilled Lavae, you need to freeze an Extra-adorable Lavae (which drops from the Dragonfly)... and kill it...
- Feel bad about killing a portable camp fire and lose 2 pets at once for a Dragonfly pet... (your existing pet slot + lavae... which you can get another of by killing the Dragonfly again)
