I was taking a long break from the game when the Forge happened (which I deeply regret now). When I came back, I figured out that chests are only obtainable during certain events; when there's no active event, regular skins drop instead. But I still see "Classic Curio Chests" in some people's steam inventories.
What are these chests? What do they drop? Thanks in advance.
