[NEED HELP]How do I add this perk to my mod character?

I am trying to create my own mod character for don't stave together and I am facing difficulties adding perks.

I want my character to gain 2 sanity when cooking or giving other player food. I am using exended characted mod and I know it should be written somewhere in the character.lua but have absolutely no idea how to do so.
