DST transfer world and characters save file

Hi, I want to upgrade my OS system and install an SSD in C drive. So I want to transfer my save file of my world and my friend's characters from one computer to another (or D drive if it's possible). I check all the post about transferring save file but I still can't get a solution. I copy Save file in Klei/DontStarveTogether and put in a new computer but it doesn't works.
