Problem with fps

Hello!
Good my problem is the following one: Normally I play DST in a laptop with these specifications:

- Core i3 3120m (2.5 Ghz)
- 6GB of RAM - integrated Graphs (Intel HD 4000)
- Windows 10 x64
- Hard disk of 500 GB

I Play with the majority of deactivated things, on having started playing, the first station is kept in the 60 fps, but the following ones lower even 23 and mas that rise it is 29, some solution exists or this owes to itself that I play in a laptop
