Some sort of magics we could acquire by doing ruins, bosses, gathering items or some secret knowledge to summon creatures or even bosses.
Would be interesting if we could arrange candles, end tables, flowers or even other ways like making chalk in preparation for some complicated rituals on rocky floorings flat enough to summon demons or devils to make deals with or get a challenge to do some things and tasks for them.
I think the magic aspect of the game is most interesting while technological side should stay consistent in upgrades and looking for complicated parts to build things, but we need more magic in the game to feel like we're doing something that's probably forbidden in original world but can be done freely with consequences on the Constant.
Would be fun if we could push some game events to summon Corvus, halloween stuff and etc as fun rituals we could make and prepare instead of needing to turn tamper with world settings, bringing temporary events to exist in the world till ritual is gone or the season it's done is over.
Perhaps with magic we could force rifts open in specific locations to keep them stable and stay in place? I'd say it could be a thing that both Wagstaff and Charlie would grant or archive knowledge would show something of it. Maybe neither of that and we just have the ability to deal with those rifts and force them stuck in specific locations by hexes and technology alone.
I dunno, there's a lot of fun potential of doing rituals, sacrifices, rifts, demons and so on to empower items, summon bosses and make pacts and deals. Maybe that would allow us to have something fun done with pet den too.
