I am getting so annoyed of joining on a server, and then a person who can't speak english or french (I've got nothing against them), I presume they're russian, joins, tries speaking russian to me, on a french and english server. Literally follows me everywhere, and just acts like an absolute nuisance as Willow. It was obvious they intended to "annoy" me. I was burning down trees, and when they found me, they would follow me to every single tree I was going to hit for my charcoal. I then went to cut down some trees, in which they would start refuging in, when when I chopped it down and they got knocked out of refuge, tried collecting all the items I chopped. I needed sanity, so I went to pick flowers, so the Willow runs in front of me when I'm picking flowers and picks all the ones in front of me. Obviously not intending to be annoying on purpose right?
Is "Die in a fire!" really a Willow emote to players, or was it because I was Webber and that was triggered towards me being a spider? I was quite amused by that.
Night comes, I equip a torch and run - But do I forget, Willow has her Lighter, so they follow me as I tried dodging through trees and finding paths to run. I left on the 3rd morning, couldn't take it anymore. I swear I saw them yesterday playing, and they were a Wickerbottom. Might of been a different russian player.
I am NOT a mean person, I DO like helping people when I can, but there is a difference between being annoyed by someone who is doing it on purpose, vs someone who genuinely wants help.
I'm sorry if people go against me on this, but I don't think being stalked, collecting all the resources you're trying to collect from your efforts, is a gesture to show "Hi, can we be teammates?" I just genuinely hate Willow because of all the bad experiences I have with her, and she is so good as an ultimate troll since you CANNOT get away from here.
If the picture is inappropriate and should be taken down, I'll do so accordingly. I just wanted to show how short of a time it took for them to actually cause a server reset and an annoyed player.
I love Don't Starve Together, I really do, but trying to find a community that plays alot in my time zone is a struggle.
