Four little QoL changes missing from scrapbook

Hi,

I love the scrapbook, I am at 80% completion going for 100%

I would love if:

1 - Clicking the scrapbook notification would send you to the recently discovered item

2 - New menu option that will disable notifications if only a new character quote is added.

3 - Clicking on the item section would cycle between new entries

4 - Scrapbook would remember the last view you used
