Game crashes on launch.....?

So I recently built a newer PC and tried to play DST again. I'm getting a crash to desktop on launch don'tstarve_steam.exe has stopped working. I'm launching through Steam, I've also tried Admin and launching the game directly. I have uninstalled and verified game cache. I have also tried reinstalling DX and VCRedist. Thought it might be something with my resolution so I manually went into the settings and changed the game over to 3840x2160 @59Hz. Drivers are updated.

I'm at a loss any ideas? I've gotten one launch successfully but no audio and I got a strange clicking and "artifacts" through my speakers? I didn't change anything I just got a random launch then nothing the next time i tried to launch. It sounds like a Aux cable getting plugged in and out? Any help would be awesome, Thanks!
